We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring accurate financial reporting. – Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
– Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
– Monitor cash flow and manage working capital
– Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
– Coordinate the annual audit process with external auditors
– Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
– Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards
“`Qualifications“`
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred)
– Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
– Proficient in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
