Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and drive sales across one or more Subway restaurant locations. This is a key leadership position with a strong focus on sales growth, staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Drive store-level sales by executing local marketing strategies and upselling programs.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales revenue, labor cost, food cost, and profit margins.
- Analyze sales reports and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work with the franchise owner to set and meet monthly sales targets.
Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned Subway store(s) ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Subway brand standards, food safety protocols, and local health regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, supplier orders, and reduce food and packaging waste.
Staff Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate store managers and team members.
- Schedule staff, ensure adequate coverage, and monitor labor efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Customer Experience
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all team members provide friendly, accurate, and fast service.
Reporting & Communication
- Generate and deliver regular reports on store performance, sales data, and team metrics.
- Communicate effectively with upper management on store operations and team progress.
Qualifications
- Good experience in restaurant, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or retail management
- Strong understanding of sales principles, inventory control, and labor management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Subway systems (e.g., SubwayPOS, IPC ordering) is a plus

Pay: £31,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
