We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and stock control, ensuring all ingredients meet quality standards.
- Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the establishment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
- Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
- Previous experience as a barista or in serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
