Overview:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties:
– Manage service delivery processes and procedures to meet client requirements
– Analyse service performance metrics and implement improvements
– Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any issues promptly
– Provide support for the sales team by upselling services to existing clients
– Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of service delivery activities
– Ensure phone etiquette standards are met when interacting with clients
– Utilise bilingual skills in English and Spanish to cater to multilingual clients
Skills:
– Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
– Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
– Ability to analyse data and identify trends for process improvement
– Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
– Experience in upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction
– Bilingual capabilities to serve a diverse clientele
– Knowledge of phone etiquette practices for professional communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
