Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive sales experience to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, including those who speak Spanish. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and utilising Salesforce to track performance and optimise sales processes.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
– Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
– Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
– Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
– Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.
– Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Experience
– Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a senior capacity.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
– Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
