Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to our sales team and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, managing customer relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction

Duties

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Coordinate promotional activities, including special offers, in-store events, and seasonal campaigns
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish inventory.
• Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and placement of products on shelves.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Share customer insights and feedback to help improve product offerings and services

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and techniques.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a grocery or FMCG environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
