Overview
We are a young and ambitious company operating within the property and facilities management industry in the North of England. Having established several anchor clients in our first year of operations, we are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement our sales initiatives and marketing strategies; someone who can help us start new conversations with new clients.

The successful applicant will work directly with our Managing Director and will be expected to build and manage a small team of sales and marketing professionals.. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyse market trends to develop effective strategies.

Duties

  • Supporting the Managing Director and Lead-Generation Agencies in developing a strategy by channel
  • Work with our content editor to optimise the website/key word search/SEO
  • Work with the content editor to develop our social media strategy
  • Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential new clients
  • Create marketing materials including films, carousels and brochures Produce / publish thought leadership articles/case studies
  • Manage the sales database and CRM system
  • Research clients’ needs and build long-term relationships
  • Develop client sales materials (letters, emails, films, meetings, presentations)
  • Work with the Managing Director to produce pricing proposals
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results and driving growth.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
