About the role
The product support team at OCR plan and co-ordinate the support for our assessment products. It’s our job to ensure that our customers have the support they need, when they need it. We are a tight-knit and forward-thinking team, who enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas.
As Product Support Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the team. You’ll have responsibility for monitoring customer and competitor insight, working with publishers to guide their resources through our endorsement process, and will work with colleagues across the organisation to support new qualification products.
You’ll have an impact on the level of support that OCR qualifications will receive and be able to shape and develop working processes to ensure that they work smoothly.

About you
To be successful you will demonstrate:
- Experience of managing a large variety of tasks simultaneously
- Market research, analysis, and strategic thinking skills
- The ability to build and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong organisational skills to plan and manage a range of complex tasks, functions and schedules
- The capacity to balance, prioritise, and manage a varied and demanding workload
