Job Title:
– Project Administrator
Job Summary:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including
timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Assist in
defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Study a
particular problem area and assess its interrelationships
with other business activities. Facilitate communication
between different teams and stakeholders involved
in the project. Schedule and organise project
meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed
and updated on project progress. Compute standard
times for specified activities, and produce reports
detailing suggestions for increasing efficiency and
lowering costs. Act as a liaison between project
teams and management, relaying information and
updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project
documentation, including project plans, status reports,
and meeting minutes. Ensure compliance with relevant
regulations and company policies. Assist in resource
allocation and tracking to ensure that projects are
adequately staffed. Any other related administrative
duties.
Working Conditions:
– This is typically a full-time position.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: £32,000.00 per year
