Skills Needed
- Previous experience operating production machinery is preferred but not essential.
- Must have proven experience within a factory environment.
- Previous Manual handling experience essential as job involves heavy lifting.
- To be Health and Safety conscious.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination
- Given the nature of material a good level of strength, and stamina is needed
- Good numeracy skills and understanding of measurements

Responsibilities of Production Operator
- Ensuring that the production is cost effective, on time, of quality and are to the highest of industry standards.
- To ensure an effective use of materials from cutting lists.
- Keeping the stock inventory system up to date.
- Meet and exceed weekly production targets.
- Adhering to safe practices is a must for the health and well-being of the production operator as well as those they work with.
- Working with raw materials requires strong physical capabilities.
Salary
- Starting Salary of £26,520 PLUS OVERTIME
