An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacist to join a group of two independent community pharmacies based in South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire and. Our company strives to provide excellent customer service based around strong team management. We look for individuals that want to experience busy pharmacies that have both patient well-being and the local community at the heart of their working ethos.
The right candidate must be a highly motivated and dynamic pharmacist with a real passion for pharmacy. The candidate must have a positive attitude combined with excellent communications skills. They will be expected to promote and deliver high quality services to our patients in addition to maintaining and building upon our excellent relationships with the local GP surgeries.
Previous experience of managing a team, high standards of customer service and meeting targets would be an advantageous however a newly qualified pharmacist will also be considered.
The role is predominately based at our Rotherham branch but the candidate will also be expected to work at our Worksop branch. The salary is based on a 45 hour work week but aleternate Saturdays shifts will be expected to be covered. The salary is basic and there will be bonuses on providing services such as:
- Flu jabs/Covid vaccines
- New Medicines Service/Medicines Use Reviews
- Pharmacy First Service
- Hypertension Service
- Increasing Prescription Items
There will also be significant incentives for the pharmacist to increase prescription numbers and improve the overall profitability of the business. The successful candidate will also be expected to explore the possibility of offering a wide range of alternative services (e.g travel vaccinations) and would be incentivised accordingly.
