People Technology Specialist: Visa Sponsorship Available

As a People Technology Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management and advanced support of our HRIS platforms, solving complex issues and keeping our HR technology running smoothly. You’ll act as a key link between the business and our vendors, driving system optimisation, continuous improvement, and small change initiatives. You’ll also play an important role in supporting cyclical HR processes, helping deliver accurate, reliable people data when it matters most.

What you’ll be doing

  • User Support: Resolve system queries, provide guidance and documentation, and enable HR self-service.
  • Incident Management: Triage and resolve issues, manage vendor tickets, and drive root-cause fixes.
  • System Operations: Support cyclical HR processes, monitor system health, and ensure data security and compliance.
  • Configuration & Change: Test, validate, and support low- to medium-risk system changes and updates.
  • Collaboration: Communicate updates, maintain documentation, and work with stakeholders to improve data quality and system use.
