About Us
We are one of the UK’s leading hair restoration clinics based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in hair transplant and hair growth treatments. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced, sales-driven Patient Coordinator to join our team (with potential to progress into a Sales Manager role for the right person).

The Role

This role is for an experienced sales professional who can confidently conduct consultations with potential patients, build trust, and convert enquiries into booked procedures.

You will be the main point of contact for new and existing patients – guiding them from initial enquiry, through consultation, to treatment booking and aftercare. You will combine strong consultative sales skills with genuine care and empathy.

For the right candidate, there is also scope to take on wider leadership and clinic management responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct video and in-clinic consultations with potential patients
  • Explain treatment options, packages and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Follow up all leads and enquiries promptly (phone, email, WhatsApp etc.)
  • Build rapport and trust to support patients in making informed decisions
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Provide a high level of customer service and patient care at every stage
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey
  • (Optional/Progression) Support with team leadership, training and basic clinic KPIs

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior sales or sales management role
  • Experience in medical, aesthetic or high-ticket consultative sales is highly desirable
  • Based in the UK with the right to work here
  • Target-driven, commercially minded, and motivated by progression and earnings
  • Excellent communication skills with native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Confident on the phone and video calls; professional and reassuring manner
  • Warm, presentable and patient-focused, with a genuine interest in helping people
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working to KPIs and following up leads
