## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficiency within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, implementing operational policies, and improving processes to enhance productivity.
## Duties
– Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business goals
– Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and quality assurance
– Supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
## Experience
### Required:
– Proven experience in an operations management role
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills
– Excellent organisational and time management abilities
### Nice-to-have:
– Knowledge of supply chain management principles
– Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
