Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our security services. The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of our security solutions, maintain high standards of service quality, and lead a team of dedicated security professionals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of G4M Services Limited, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of security services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets and client expectations.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Resource Management:
- Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Coordinate with the HR department to recruit, hire, and onboard new security personnel.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and control expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, addressing any identified hazards promptly.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility among all team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to security services.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
