Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that our strategies are effectively implemented and that we achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to communicate fluently in English.
Responsibilities
– Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
– Analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.
– Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
– Monitor social media accounts and assist in creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility.
– Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost customer engagement.
Experience
– Previous experience in a marketing or sales role is preferred but not essential.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
– Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
