*Job Overview* As a Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to organisations to help improve their performance and efficiency. You will work closely with clients to analyse their business structure and operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions. *Duties* – Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand client needs and challenges – Analyse data and financial information to identify trends and opportunities for growth – Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness – Provide recommendations on organisational restructuring, process improvements, and change management initiatives – Collaborate with clients to drive innovation and drive business transformation *Skills* – Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data – Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client challenges effectively – Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients at all levels – Proven track record in business analysis and strategy development – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Nice-to-have: Experience in analysing business processes and recommending improvements

Pay: From £28,500.00 per year
