Job Summary
As our IT Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that support our media operations and events business. You’ll manage software platforms, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and collaborate with developers and creative teams to deliver robust digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end IT projects including websites, CMS, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and cloud-based media systems.
  • Manage internal IT systems and contribute to the digital infrastructure for XOXO Lounge.
  • Oversee project scopes, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead on GDPR, cybersecurity, and data integrity processes.
  • Coordinate with technical staff, external vendors, and creative teams.
  • Manage risk, documentation, QA, testing, and change requests.
  • Provide clear status reports and support for ongoing digital operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing digital/IT projects.
  • Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of cloud systems (AWS, Azure), CMS platforms, and GDPR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in media, creative, or tech environments is highly desirable.

Pay: £35,196.54-£41,700.00 per year
