Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team in providing technical support and solutions to our organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems and infrastructure.
Duties:- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues promptly- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:- Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role- Strong knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles- Proficiency in hardware, software, and operating systems- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly- Relevant IT qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £32,408.48-£37,697.44 per year
