Summary:

The head of Quality, HR, H&S & GDPR will be underpinning all areas of the organisation and will be responsible for managing, organising and ensuring all systems are up to date and functioning in line with requirements
This role will demand an organised and meticulous individual who can manage in place systems.
Key Responsibilities:
•Responsibility – to be able to take tasks, understand them and utilise their team to deliver to agreed deadlines. Recruit, manage, develop and motivate your people, including managing performance standards
•Manage all areas of the Quality system, support managers in Quality system procedures and practice
•Manage all areas of the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding and support managers in HR procedures and practice
•Manage all areas of the H&S, support managers in HR&S procedures and practice
•Manage all areas of the GDPR, support managers in GDPR procedures and practice
•Proactive – able to think proactively and plan to minimise risk to the business
•Innovative – to report on the current status of all systems, present back challenges and decisions for CEO and future ideas
•Decision maker – to be able to critically think, analyse and make crucial decisions underpinned by a cost vs benefit analysis
•Organise all systems -quality, HR, H&S, GDPR and training organisation
•Training – Efficiently planning and facilitating training needs of employees. Also to ensure their team is upskilled and trained effectively
•Recruitment – To be responsible for all onboarding of candidates
•Ad hoc administrative tasks and taking direction from CEO.
Person Specification:
- A proven track record of successfully managing systems
current financial status
- Substantial Quality system experience
- Substantial HR experience (happy to provide training)
- Substantial H&R experience (happy to provide training)
- Substantial GDPR experience (happy to provide training)
- Strong people and operational management experience with proven success in
service delivery and people development
- Strong organisational and planning skills to manage workloads
- Meticulous eye for detail to uphold the quality ethos of the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an approachable, confident (positive)
outlook
- Must be able to be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment and
under pressure.
