Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fuel station Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring that our store meets its performance targets. This role requires excellent time management and organisational abilities, as well as the capacity to manage a diverse team effectively.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store atmosphere for both customers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, utilising strong phone etiquette.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure product availability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role with a focus on sales management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to sell products confidently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Strong team management skills with experience in leading and developing staff.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: £29,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
