What do we need 

The Enterprise Partner & Program Director is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing the enterprise operating cadence and partner ecosystem that drives repeatable, scalable deployment, adoption, and revenue growth for Dotmatics Life Sciences software globally.  This role owns the operating model, governance, and commercial frameworks that connect: Dotmatics enterprise platforms (Luma, ELN, Virscidian) & Siemens Go-To-Market Partners, Global System Integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, TCS, Zifo, etc.) and Data platform partners (AWS, Databricks, Microsoft, etc.) 

In this role you will get to 

System Integrator & Delivery Partner Leadership 

  • Own cross-functional alignment with Siemens DISW (sales, marketing, and industry strategy teams) to ensure Dotmatics platforms are embedded in Siemens enterprise GTM motions and digital-thread programs
  • Build and operate formal SI programs with Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, TCS, Zifo, Advanta, and other integrators
  • Define partner certification, training, enablement, and solution specialization frameworks
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline, ARR contribution, and delivery performance
  • Lead executive-level partner relationships and joint account planning
  • Align on partner KPIs, performance reviews, and continuous improvement programs

Technology & Platform Partner Leadership 

  • Own strategic partnerships with AWS, Databricks, Sigma, Oracle, and other technology partners
  • Manage co-sell, co-marketing, marketplace commercialization, and other joint GTM efforts
  • Align technical roadmaps and integration priorities
  • Drive joint pipeline, co-sell wins, and revenue attribution targets

We are looking for people who have 15+ years in enterprise software, platform ecosystems, or digital transformation leadership, strong program management expertise, along with executive level influence abilities. You will demonstrate ownership and delivery expertise in company-wide product or platform goals with multi-year, multi-team effects

The key skills we are looking 

  • Proven experience building and operating SI partner programs
  • Developing, implementing and managing large multi-company programmes
  • Hyperscaler partnership experience (AWS, Databricks, Azure, GCP)
  • Expert level  background in enterprise data platforms, AI/ML, and analytics
  • Track record of driving $10M+ partner-sourced ARR
  • Executive-level communication with CIO/CDO/R&D leadership
  • Advising key business stakeholders on elements of the company’s overall business strategy & advises business leaders on technical & partner strategies.

You may also have 

  • Industry experience in Life sciences, pharma, chemicals, or industrial data platforms
