Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff and management
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Organising training sessions or workshops as required, leveraging teaching skills where applicable
- Supporting the onboarding process for new staff members
- Ensuring the office environment is tidy and well-organised to facilitate efficient workflow
- Liaising with external organisations and suppliers as needed to support operational needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or organisational role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience or interest in teaching is desirable, demonstrating the ability to convey information clearly
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programmes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
