Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
– Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
– Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
– Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
– Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
– Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service standards are met
– Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
– Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
Experience:
– Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Proven experience in supervising and leading a customer service team
– Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service quality
– Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide the team towards success
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
