Primary Responsibilities:
– Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.- Pursuing promising leads and processing customer orders.- Executing operational duties with accuracy.- Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless operations.- Maintaining high standards while managing your own workload.- Overseeing the customer service team and guiding them towards meeting end-term objectives.- Ensuring the attainment of all marketing goals.- Resolving escalations and complaints in a fair manner.

Must have Requirements:
– At least 5 years of recent customer/sales service experience.- Proficient in computer usage, with good typing skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.- .- Similar background/Industry experience.- Able to occasional travel will be necessary.
– Communication skills.
– Able to speak to customers over the phone or face to face in a professional manner.
– Experience in dealing with escalations in a timely manner.
– Experience within a B2C business.
Additional Information:
– Salary range: GBP 30,000-40,000 per annum, based on experience.- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.- Regular business hours: Monday – Saturday , 8am – 5pm with some flexibility required, Smart, casual work attire.
