Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette and the ability to analyse customer needs while promoting our products and services.

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with a clear and friendly communication style.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable, particularly in English and Spanish.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
