## Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service team and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, resolving customer issues, and fostering a positive customer experience.
## Duties
– Analyse customer service data to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. We provide Home Removal services which is a stressful task for our clients. We need to provide a stress free removal service.
– Manage and supervise the customer service team to ensure high performance.
– Communicate with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
– Provide leadership and guidance to team members to maintain a motivated workforce.
– Fluent in English; excellent communication skills, can work and handle the tight deadlines and challenging situations.
## Qualifications
– Proven experience in a customer service management role.
– Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
– Ability to analyse data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
– Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: £38,800.00-£40,000.00 per year
