Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Growth & Success Manager to onboard, support, and grow Foodel’s client base in the UK. This role blends customer success with light sales responsibilities — ensuring every client not only signs up but also succeeds in getting orders and staying long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new clients through setup (menus, branding, domains).
- Train clients on how to use Foodel’s toolkit to generate orders.
- Ensure every client gets their first 10–20 orders quickly.
Customer Success & Retention
- Build relationships with restaurants and stores; act as their main point of contact.
- Monitor client performance and proactively solve issues.
- Collect feedback and share insights with the Product & Growth Manager.
- Upsell value-added services (custom domains, QR ordering, kiosks).
Sales & Field Engagement
- Occasionally visit key clients to build trust and close deals face-to-face.
- Conduct demos and explain Foodel’s benefits vs. aggregators.
- Support referral programs and local marketing activations.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in customer success, sales, or account management.
- Experience with SMBs (restaurants, retail, food, or SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with both digital tools (CRM, email, WhatsApp) and in-person meetings.
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to “do what it takes” to make clients successful.

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
