*Overview* We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team and provide technical assistance to our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for resolving IT issues efficiently. *Duties* – Provide technical support to end-users on various IT issues – Troubleshoot software and hardware problems – Assist with desktop support and help desk functions – Utilise ServiceNow or similar platforms for issue tracking – Maintain and troubleshoot LAN connectivity – Manage DNS settings and Windows operating systems – Handle computer hardware installations and configurations *Qualifications* – Proven experience in technical support roles – Proficiency in software troubleshooting and desktop support – Familiarity with ServiceNow, remedy, and other IT service management tools – Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems – Understanding of LAN configurations and troubleshooting – Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
