Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is essential.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data trends and make strategic decisions.
- Skills in English are required.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.
