Function description

As a Business Development Manager, you must be able to:

  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for business development manager-trenchless in the UK market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers to understand industry trends and potential projects. This also applies to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute annual business development goals.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote company products and services to old and new clients.

Requirements

For this job, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Complete understanding of UK trenchless m arket dynamics,
  • Knowledge of HDD technology is a plus,
  • Proven track record in business development within the tunnelling industry,
  • Having a strong grasp of company capabilities and industry trends for effective client engagement,
  • Proficient in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Salesforce for data management and analysis,
  • Eye for attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation,
  • UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
