Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth strategies to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in software tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow recruitment and consultancy services across virtual and physical spaces.
- Leverage technology and AI to identify and capitalise on opportunities in the education sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, global employers, and talent-seeking clients.
- Analyse market trends in global education and employment to shape strategy and offerings.
- Integrate innovative tools like AI-powered platforms and CRMs to enhance client and candidate experiences.
- Forge and manage partnerships with universities, organizations, and international networks.
- Lead sales efforts, including preparing proposals, pitching services, and closing deals.
- Drive revenue by exceeding business targets and aligning internal teams for optimal client satisfaction.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (AI and programming knowledge desirable).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in recruitment or education consultancy.
- Familiarity with global recruitment and study abroad processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and technology platforms.
