Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs. Use this information to develop strategies to position the company effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand their needs, anticipate changes in the market, and work with the product or service development team to meet those needs effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue and growth targets. This may involve direct sales, partnerships, collaborations, or other business arrangements.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that meet the company’s financial objectives. This includes contract negotiation, pricing, and terms.
  • Work with the senior management team to develop and refine the company’s business strategy. Provide input based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Build a network of business contacts to increase awareness of the company and its products or services. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Reuirement:

Educational Background: Minimum bachelor’s or master’s degree

Experience: Experience in business development, sales, and market research.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and internal teams.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.

Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company priorities.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals that are beneficial for the company.

Pay: £36,700.00-£39,800.00 per year
