Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Executive with a focus on Pre-Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing IT projects by engaging with potential clients and demonstrating our solutions’ value. This role requires a deep understanding of IT services and products, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions and services to potential clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client requirements.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and gather detailed requirements. Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and sales collateral. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate and compelling.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base. Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments and competitors’ offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline. Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress towards targets.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that are favorable to both parties.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients during the project implementation phase. Ensure that client expectations are met and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales or IT (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, ITIL) are a plus.
