Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join our team. As a Business support Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful implementation of solutions.

Duties

Technical Support:

  • Provide frontline technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot IT-related problems impacting business operations.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve system outages and implement preventive solutions.

System Maintenance and Monitoring:

  • Perform regular maintenance on business software and hardware, ensuring updates and patches are applied.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Manage data backup and recovery processes in coordination with IT teams.

Business Process Support:

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Provide recommendations on software, tools, or processes to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure integrity and security of business data.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain reports on system performance, downtime, and IT support ticket metrics.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for recurring issues.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with external IT service providers or software vendors for timely service delivery.
  • Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure seamless communication. detail.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems, business software, and troubleshooting.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
