What does this team do?
Delivery of our Audit work is increasingly dependent on the understanding and challenge of large datasets, complex models, and the reporting produced from them. Our Data & Analytics team within Audit empowers our Audit and Assurance teams to analyse, understand and test the data and models we receive from the businesses we audit.
We work across all industries, driving usage of our growing library of tools and insights across our audit portfolio to transform our Audit delivery.
We use a powerful technology stack, including scripting, visualisation, automation, and data science tools, which we continuously invest in and develop in the UK and globally.
What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2025 for the Autumn 2025 intake.
What kind of work will I do?
You’ll do real work from day one, using what you’ve learnt at university to help solve complex problems for the organisations we work with. You’ll help us push boundaries and learn skills that will set you up for an exciting career.
You will work with some of the world’s most well-known names, including companies publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange. And you’ll also have the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most innovative start-ups and private equity owned businesses. We have teams focusing on Banking, Insurance, privately owned, and publicly listed corporate businesses.

Soft skills
To support you, we invest heavily in both your technical skills and soft skills (e.g. communication skills, ability to challenge, decision-making, resilience, project management and leadership skills). These will help you to become a successful business professional and allow you to navigate different situations that you’ll encounter during your career.
Qualifications
As part of your graduate opportunity, you’ll be able to study towards a professional qualification that’ll widen your knowledge in many topical areas. This will help you confidently perform work on different projects and support you in developing the skills to become a trusted business advisor.
Whilst professional exams can be challenging, and will require a commitment from you, we in turn commit to providing you with the right support network to help you succeed. You will be given funded top-quality tuition, with a mix of classroom and self-managed learning sessions, a dedicated early careers coach, a People Leader and access to support from our professional education team.
We will cover the cost of all mandated courses, permitted exam attempts and membership fees required for your Professional Qualification. We will also provide a specified amount of paid study leave to undertake the exams required.
