Job Description: The successful candidate will be required to lead the team and oversee all aspects of the restaurant. They will supervise staff members and assist Restaurant Manager to ensure effective daily operation. They will manage customer queries and maintain customer service standards.
Entry Requirements: Minimum requirement for this job is GCSEs/S or equivalent academic qualification. Previous experience in a managerial or customer service-based role is highly desirable but not required. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills. Further training will be provided at commencement of employment. Job
Responsibilities Include:
- Opening and closing of their designated store
- Creating and supervising staff schedules
- Overseeing timesheets and payroll activities of the staff members
- Ordering stock and kitchen equipment as needed
- Taking measures to regulate waste and additional costs
- Responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Leading and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service

Pay: Up to £39,000.00 per year
