About The Role
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Drive sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs for demo volume, conversion rate, and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
Your Experience & and Skills
- 3-5 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets .
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively utilize CRM software for sales and customer relationship management
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
