– Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
– Manage and supervise the accounting team
– Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
– Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
– Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
– Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
– Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation
– Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
“`Experience“`
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred)
– Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
– Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
