Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
– Perform general clerical duties to support the office operations
– Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
– Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office tasks
– Maintain office organisation by managing files, documents, and supplies
– Assist with computerised tasks to support office functions
Skills:
– Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
– Familiarity with Google Suite for document management and collaboration
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong typing skills for accurate data entry
– Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
– Organisational skills to maintain office efficiency
– Competent in basic clerical duties

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
