Store Manager
Duties:
– Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
– Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and product ordering.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
– Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a retail management role is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficient in basic math calculations.
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping.
