We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning, with the ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement preparation and analysis for the Company.
  • Preparation of Budget Performance Report to Management.
  • Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flow of the business.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backup from time to time.
  • Liaising with Banks and Regulatory Authorities on behalf of the Company.
  • Preparation of Payroll.
  • Reconciling Bank Statements, checking Bank charges to ensure that it is commensurate with Business activities.
  • Internal Controls and Risk Management.
  • Financial advisory and business support.
  • Calculate Tax payable and remit taxes to ensure that the Business is compliant with Tax regulations and any other statutory requirements.
  • Stock Control
  • Analysis of costing, pricing, budgeting and profitability for the company.
  • Put in place the appropriate Inventory Management System

Requirements:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or related field (preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or CFM (preferred)

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with progressive responsibility
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel)

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning and development of financial strategies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address financial issues proactively.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and practices in financial management.
