We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment and systems, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and other staff members.
– Plan and prioritise maintenance projects, and allocate resources accordingly.
– Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
– Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies, equipment, and services.
– Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
– Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
– Collaborate with other departments to support operational objectives and minimise downtime.
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs
