Hours – 42.5hours per week -working a day shift between the hours of 6am and 7pm with occasional weekend working.

The Role
We are looking for an Engineer to join our team at our site in Bridge of Allan. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment. This is a full-time, permanent role working day shifts, with a rota for weekend on-call.
Key Responsibilities
● Respond to equipment breakdowns, leading fault identification and resolution.
● Develop processes and equipment to enhance quality and productivity.
● Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure machine availability and set priorities.
● Identify deficiencies in current machinery and propose solutions for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
● Engineering qualification (Degree, HNC, or HND).
● City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
● Understanding of mechanical and pneumatic systems and their interaction with electrical systems.
● Ability to work under time pressure while following health & safety regulations.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
