Job Description

We at Truviq, are seeking an experienced and outstanding PEGA developers to design, develop & manage applications using PEGA technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements.

To ensure success as a Pega developer, you should have advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java-based applications, and high-level project management skills. A top-level Pega developer understands the needs of the company and designs scalable applications to improve process management. Extended skill sets are welcome and encouraged.

You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

  • BS Degree with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate

What You’ve Accomplished:

  • You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
  • You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
  • You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational data bases and integration techniques.
  • You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
  • You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Design & Development: Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Pega applications. Define class structures, data models, and process flows.
  • Integration & Configuration: Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services
  • Team Leadership: Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality releases.
  • Security & Compliance: Design application security protocols and ensure compliance with Guardrails.
  • Certifications: CSA, CSSA (mandatory);
