Job Overview
The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in leading the organisation towards achieving its strategic objectives. This position requires a dynamic leader with exceptional relationship management skills, capable of fostering partnerships and overseeing programme management. The Executive Director will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring effective administrative operations, and representing the organisation to stakeholders.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the organisation’s mission and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, community partners, and funders.
  • Oversee programme management, ensuring that all initiatives align with organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Ensure efficient administrative operations by implementing best practices in governance, compliance, and reporting.
  • Represent the organisation at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission and build its reputation.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform organisational strategies and programmes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a non-profit or similar organisation.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programme management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and compliance matters.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to represent the organisation professionally.

Pay: £22,880.00-£127,349.40 per year
