We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation and culinary excellence. Duties

  • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or hotel, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their culinary skills and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and stock control, ensuring all ingredients meet quality standards.
  • Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, striving to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service across the establishment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector, preferably in restaurants or hotels.
  • Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience as a barista or in serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
