Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and have experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Skills
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
