We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained at all times.
- Foster a positive working environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that align with current trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar supervisory position.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
- Background in hotel is an advantage but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
