Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in managing administrative tasks to support our sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and a strong command of English.

Duties:

– Computerise sales orders and maintain accurate records

– Provide administrative support to the sales team

– Utilise Excel and Word for data entry and report generation

– Manage emails and correspondence using Outlook

– Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

– Assist in resolving customer queries and issues

Skills:

– Proficient in IT with a focus on computerised systems

– Strong command of English for effective communication

– Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

– Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

– Customer service orientation to address inquiries professionally
